DAY 30 Question thirty: Why did you start blogging and what is the origin behind you blog name?

I got the idea to start blogging from reading Obsidian by Jennifer Armentrout. The main character Kat has a book blog and she spoke about it in the book and i was like "well that sounds kool". So when i finished reading the book i looked into blogging and was really excited about it. 

The origin behind my blog name is pretty simple. I'm Australian hence the 'Aussie' part and i have a WILD book addiction so that became my blog name An Aussie Girls WILD Book Addiction!.

 It actually took me about a week or two to decide on a name, i think i must have went through at least ten different names before i decided on one

.

So that's the story about why i started my blog and how it got its name. I started two years ago and have not looked back. If i wasn't blogging i don't know what id do in my spare time. Id have no one to rave to about books haha.

** 30 Day Get To Know Me Blog Challenge** DAY 29 What are some of your fears?

DAY 29 Question twenty nine: What are some of your fear?

First off i HATE grasshoppers!!! OMG they scare the crap out of me. The look of them, how they jump and then just sit there all green and leggy EWWYY. Any bugs in general and i get freaked out. Spiders are probably above grasshoppers. 

Away from the scary critters i have a fear of big bodies of water kind of like a flood and fast flowing rivers.

 Oh and being home alone at night most probably my biggest fear, when hubby goes to work its just me and our two wieners. I have all the lights on in the house and have the tv loud!!

So yup im a big ol' scaredy-cat. . .

Hmmm, band wise i dont think i have three. Artists wise i like Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift and Avicii. I have always liked Good Charlotte and Imagine Dragons. 

Pretty much i am a any music type of gal :)

DAY 27 Question twenty seven: Are you messy or neat?

Easy question. I'm definitely a NEAT person. If something isn't in its correct spot or out of place i go nuts (just ask my hubby haha). Car wise as long as the inside is clean i'm alright but the outside i have to be in the mood or bored to clean.

My blogging room can get a little messy on my desk but as long as i know where everything is and i clean it up in a couple of days that's alright as well.

Iv always loved the book and movie Aladdin. My favourite character is Jasmine. She's seems so sassy, cool and doesn't let anyone push her around. Oh and the fact she has a pet tiger totally won me over :). I LOVE Jeanie as well from that story hes so funny and just down right brilliant.

My most prized possession, hmmmmmm. Id have to say my bookshelves filled with all my books ;)

At the moment i am most excited about still having 6 days off work left from my 10 days off. (sad i know haha)

The book i am currently reading is Manwhore +1 By Katy Evans. The book i finished before this one was Fallen Crest University By TIJAN.

DAY 20 Question twenty: Where would you like to visit or live one day?

I would LOVE to visit the USA!!! Iv wanted to visit America for a while now. Seeing how lucky they are over there book wise has me drawn to go there. The amazing Barnes & Nobles, all the book stores and the amazing author signing days that i miss out on :( Also just the country in general like id love to see the East and West coast. 

Not to menttion most of my blogging traffic comes from over there, id love to meet some of my awesome blog followers :)

Hey guys so this post will have day 18 and 19 in it as i couldnt post yesterday because my internet decided to be stupid and slow, i didnt have the patience to deal with it.

Okay to answer question eighteen first, my first ever concert was in 2007 at Sydney to see Gwen Stefani. I'm pretty sure its the only concert iv been to, i'm more of  live football game kinda girl :)

** 30 Day Get To Know Me Blog Challenge ** Day 15.. what is your favourite season and why?

DAY 15 Question fifteen: Do you have a favourite season? What is it and why?

First of i have reached half way woohoo!! 15 days down 15 to go. .

Id have to say the end of winter when its not to cold and its starting to get a little bit warmer, but not to warm that i cant still have a cup of tea when im reading curled up on the couch! 

But then again i have read on the beach before in summer and that was equally as great as reading with a tea.

Well i actually a few quotes that i love.

 

 This first means more to mean then any of the others. I got this tattoo 2 years ago. It is the Forever and Always Love i have for my friends and family.

 This quote i have loved since forever!! It just proves the truth in that the people matter are the most important, love you through anything.

 Great quote, only way to get through life is to LOVE LOVE LAUGH!

This last one is up there with my top quote. Id love to get a tattoo of this someday as well! We all know reading takes into another world.

DAY 12 Question twelve: What was your first car? What is your current vehicle?
My first car was a 2011 Suzuki Swift. My current vehicle is my 2011 suzuki swift. I didnt get my licence until recently hence why the same car but also i couldnt have picked a better car to learn and to drive in.

Ahhh i think i can name a few of these :( 

I hold grudges, i tend to overthink things all the time, i worry about the littlest things, insecure about my body, worry what others think of me and do not have enough confidence in myself!!!! 

Okay that was harder then i thought typing that out, i definitely have a lot more weaknesses then strengths going by what i wrote on yesterdays question.

DAY 10 Question ten: Name a few of your strengths.

I believe one of my strengths is blogging. My blogging skills have improved immensely since i first started and i consider my blog one of my strengths. Being a dedicated bookaholic definitely has to be a strength lol :). My creativeness when it comes to designing things on the computer for my blog or for authors, i really enjoy getting my creative juices flowing.

DAY 9 Question nine: What is the thing you wish you were good at?

Hmm the thing i wish i were good at? id have to say writing. Id love to publish a book one day but i don't think i have the creative, imaginative brain or patience to do so. I was going to start Short Story Saturday this week but i just couldn't think of how to start the story of.

If anyone has any tips id love to hear them.

DAY 8 Question eight: Write about something that makes you smile.

 What makes me smile? Id have to say reading! I haven't always been an avid book lover, i really don't know what i did when i didn't read. 

Opening a new book and getting lost in the characters worlds that the authors create is just about the best in the world. You know a books really amazing when you lose track of time, no housework gets done, you stay up all night promising your self one more chapter then finish the book and when you do finish you have the biggest book hangover and cant stop thinking about the story.

Smiling, crying, laughing, yelling or screaming at a book is what reading is all about and i don't think ill ever stop!!

 Ahh just writing this I'm so excited to start a new book, how coincidental that i finished one today and can start a NEW FRESH STORY TONIGHT :)

UMM lol??? usually pajamas and NO i do not sleep naked hahaha. As its currently winter here in Australia i have been wearing long pj bottoms and a jumper (even though i sleep with the fan on every night).
